Service Description

Clients can expect a comprehensive look into their past and current nutritional and supplement analysis, goal setting, meal and food suggestions tailored to food allergies or sensitivities and lifestyle changes. A 45 minute follow up session will be scheduled during our consultation. Check ins are weekly or bi-weekly as needed.
